As Marketing Manager at Candiani Denim, Simon Giuliani is responsible for the global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, brand communication, events and related productions, on- and off-line marketing and crossovers.
Born in the heart of the Italian Alps, he moved from the slopes of Milan to attend Politecnico di Milano where he graduated as an Industrial Designer. During his studies, he founded his first company, BAAKO, where he developed crossover projects from graphic design to product design to fashion design. As a self-starter, he dedicates his career to creating collections for the RTW fashion industry, working mostly for sports- and street-wear brands.
He founded diedlastnight.com, a trend-focused online magazine that reports about the Milanese underground fashion nightlife scene. His multidisciplinary background led him to become a consultant for fashion start-ups, managing the entire process from the creation and positioning of the brand to the development and production of the collection to sales. All these experiences brought him to engage with Candiani Denim in 2012. Professional experience and passion merge in the challenge to make the Italian Denim Mill become a world renowned brand.
