Helen’s research and teaching interests directly flow from working in learning and access teams in museums and coordinating community heritage projects concerned with the co-production of knowledge, archives and exhibits.

Helen set up Heritage Show +Tell when she first arrived in Leeds five years ago as a way of meeting like-minded people and of building a strong local network of heritage activists, practitioners and researchers.
